The morning of the third day of our youth exchange “Young Online Entrepreneurs” started with our usual game Top 10 in which each team had to list 10 movies based on the most earned profits. To bring up the energy of the group, participants played a game named Orchestra. The leader would start a move that everybody in the circle would continue repeating. The person in the middle had to guess who is the leader. The most fun part of the energizer was reading people’s faces and moments when the leader would change the repeating move right in front of the person in the middle without letting the person realize it.
The first workshop of the morning was about starting a company. Participants were in the teams and each team had to come up with a product or service idea for the company. Besides name, we also thought of the logo, slogan, product description and target audience for the product. The entertaining part of this task was to film the video pitch of the product with the aim of selling it. There were great ideas such as Explorify, HangLover, Walk together, Condomania and etc., all of them highlighting the creativity and different selling techniques of each team.
After that, we went to the nearby hotel Panorama where we could enjoy the fresh air and continue to work on the online identity of our companies. The identity included basic information about the company and strategic plan regarding platforms we are going to use, planned number of followers, the content we would have on our platform, as well as advice on how to improve it. It was followed by a discussion about social media usage and experiences of each of the participants’ use of social media.
