We started the afternoon session of the last day of #YOEbyCET by presenting demo versions of the workshops we planned to do back home as follow-up activities after the youth exchange. After the presentations, we gave feedback and receive tips on how we can improve them or make them more appealing and engaging for the planned participants in our local communities.
We are at the end of our journey in Krushevo, and as it is always a rule after non-formal learning activities, it is time to evaluate the whole process of learning and the overall implementation of the youth exchange. The evaluation was carried out in few steps by using different methods. First, we did a verbal evaluation by sharing our impressions from the youth exchange, pointing out what we gained, improved and learned during the last week as well as what we will take home as knowledge, skill, attitude or experience. Then we were given a paper and online evaluation forms that were anonymous and asked us to give feedback about the quality of preparation, organization, logistics, working program, methodology used, facilitation, support and venue arrangements. We could also give suggestions for improvements of future activities and leave messages to the organizing team from CET platforma.
The evening of the last day was reserved for the Youthpass ceremony, the proclamation of the Top 10 winners, writing messages to each other and the long-awaited revealing of our secret friends. The Top 10 winners were ‘B&D groupies’ who won the title of “Most punctual team” during the youth exchange that brought them champagne, long applause and typical gifts from Krushevo. We revealed our secret friends in a very fun and engaging way that brought a lot of joy, laughs and tears of sadness for soon saying goodbye to people that we just met but very quickly became our close friends.
Sadly, this beautiful project has come to an end and we cannot be luckier to have taken part in it!
Until next time,
With love from the Young Online Entrepreneurs
